The LT1010CT is designed as a fast, unity-gain buffer that can increase the output capability of existing IC op amps by more than an order of magnitude. This easy to use part makes fast amplifiers less sensitive to capacitive loading, reduces thermal feedback in precision DC amplifiers and is recommended for a wide range of fast and slow applications.
LT1010CT has eight features. (1)20MHz bandwidth. (2)75V/us slew rate. (3)Drives +/-10V into 75. (4)5mA quiescent current. (5)Drives capacitive loads >1uF. (6)Current and thermal limit. (7)Operates from single supply >=4.5V. (8)Very low distortion operation. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LT1010CT have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its total supply voltage would be +/-22V. (2)Its continuous output current would be +/-150mA. (3)Its continuous power dissipation would be 4.0W. (4)Its input current would be +/-40mA. (5)Its operating junction temperature range would be from 0°C to 125°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (7)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 300°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
