The LT1004CS8-1.2 is designed as micropower voltage references which is two terminal bandgap reference diodes to provide high accuracy and excellent temperature characteristics at very low operaing currents. Optimization of the key parameters in the design, processing and testing of the device results in accuracy specifications preciously attainable only with selected units. Below is a distribution plot of reference voltage for a typical lot of LT1004-1.2. Virtually all of the units fall well within the prescribed limits of +/-4mV. Typical applications include portable meter references, portable test instruments, battery operated systems, current loop instrumentation.
LT1004CS8-1.2 has six features. (1)Guaranteed +/-4mV initial accurary LT1004-1.2. (2)Guaranteed +/-20mV accuracy LT1004-2.5. (3)Guaranteed 10uA operating current. (4)Guaranteed temperature performance. (5)Operates up to 20mA. (6)Very low dynamic impedance. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LT1004CS8-1.2 have been concluded as follow. (1)Its reverse breakdown current would be 30mA. (2)Its forward current would be 10mA. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (5)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 300°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
