LSM Series have four features.The first one is that it has a low current consumption and a low frequency from 30kHz.The second one is about its low profilen which means a miniature SMD package.The third one is that it is available for full military testing.The last one is that it would also be available for testing to MIL-PRF-55310.
Some important specifications of LSM Series have been concluded into several points.The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 30kHz to 200kHz with a normal rating of 32.768kHz.The second one is about its supply voltage which would be 3.3 or 5.0 volts ±10%.The third one is about its calibration tolerance which conclude the code A of ±0.001% (±10ppm),the code B of ±0.0025% and the code C of ±0.01%.The fourth one is about its voltage coefficient which would be ±1ppm/V typical and ±3ppm/V maximum.The fifth one is about its operating temperature which would be -10° to +70°C commercial and -40° to +85°C industrial and -55° to +125°C military.The sixth one is about its output voltage (5.0V supply) which would be 4.8V minimum, 4.95V typical of high and 0.2V maximum, 0.05V typical of low.The last one is that its frequency change vs. output load change would be ±1ppm maximum.
