The LP3872EMPX-1.8 is one member of the LP3872 family which is designed as the 1.5A fast ultra low dropout linear regulator that can be used in (1)Microprocessor power supplies; (2)GTL, GTL+, BTL, and SSTL bus terminators; (3)Power supplies for DSPs; (4)SCSI terminator; (5)Post regulators; (6)High efficiency linear regulators; (7)Battery chargers; (8)Other battery powered applications.
