Description

The LP2985AIM5X-5.0 is designed as one kind of micropower, 150mA low-noise ultra low-dropout CMOS voltage regulator that can be used in (1)CDMA cellular handsets; (2)Wideband CDMA cellular handsets; (3)GSM cellular handsets; (4)Portable information appliances applications. Also it is available in a 5 bump small bump micro SMD, a 5 bump large bump micro SMD, a 5 bump thin micro SMD and a 5 pin SOT-23 package.
