The LP2985AIM5-2.8 is one member of the LP2982 family which is designed as the micropower SOT, 150 mA ultra low-dropout regulator that can be used in (1)cellular phone; (2)palmtop/laptop computer; (3)personal digital assistant (PDA); (4)camcorder, personal stereo, camera.
