The LMX2332LTM/NOPB is designed as one member of the LMX233XL family of monolithic, integrated dual frequency synthesizers, including prescalers, is to be used as a local oscillator for RF and first IF of a dual conversion transceiver. It is frabricated using notional's 0.5u ABiC C silicon BiCMOS process.
LMX2332LTM/NOPB has eight features. (1)Ultra low current consumption. (2)2.7V to 5.5V operation. (3)Selectable synchronous or asynchronous powerdown mode: Icc=1uA typical at 3V. (4)Dual molulus prescaler. (5)Selectable charge pump tri-state mode. (6)Selectable charge pump current levels. (7)Selectable fastiock mode. (8)Upgrade and compatible to LMX233XA family. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LMX2332LTM/NOPB have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 6.5V for Vcc and would be from -0.3V to +6.5V for Vp. (2)Its voltage on any pin with GND=0V would be from -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (4)Its lead temperature soldering 4 seconds would be 260°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
