DescriptionThe LMX2332LTM/NOPB is designed as one member of the LMX233XL family of monolithic, integrated dual frequency synthesizers, including prescalers, is to be used as a local oscillator for RF and first IF of a dual conversion transceiver. It is frabricated using notional's 0.5u ABiC C silicon BiCMOS process.
LMX2332LTM/NOPB has eight features. (1)Ultra low current consumption. (2)2.7V to 5.5V operation. (3)Selectable synchronous or asynchronous powerdown mode: Icc=1uA typical at 3V. (4)Dual molulus prescaler. (5)Selectable charge pump tri-state mode. (6)Selectable charge pump current levels. (7)Selectable fastiock mode. (8)Upgrade and compatible to LMX233XA family.
