The LMV301MGX is designed as one kind of CMOS operational amplifiers which is ideal for single supply, low voltage operation with a guaranteed operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5V. The low input bias current of less than 0.182oA typical, eliminates input voltage errors that may originate from small input signals.
LMV301MGX has five typical applications. (1)Thermocouple amplifiers. (2)Photo current amplifiers. (3)Transducer amplifiers. (4)Sample and hold circuits. (5)Low frequency active filters. Those are all the main applications.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LMV301MGX have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its ESD tolerance would be 200V for machine model and would be 2000V for human body model. (2)Its differential input voltage would be +/-supply voltage. (3)Its supply voltage would be 5.5V. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (5)Its mounting temperature infrared or convection (20 seconds) would be 235°C. (6)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some 1.8Vdc electrical characteristics of LMV301MGX are concluded as follow. (1)Its input offset voltage would be typ0.9mV and max 8mv.
