The LM4876MMX is designed as a bridge-connected audio power amplifier capable of delivering typically 1.1W of continuous average power to an 8ohms load with 0.5% THD from a 5V power supply.
LM4876MMX has six features. (1)No output coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors, or snubber circuits are necessary. (2)Small outline packaging. (3)Unity-gain stable. (4)External gain configuration capability. (5)Pin compatible with LM4861 and LM4871 applications. (6)Typical applications include mobile phones, portable computers, desktop computers and low voltage audio systems. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LM4876MMX have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 6.0V. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (3)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (4)Its power dissipation would be internally limited. (5)Its ESD susceptibility would be 5000V. (6)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (7)Its soldering information would be small outline package would be 215°C for vapor phase 60 seconds and would be 220°C for infrared 15 seconds. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
