The LM4041C12QDBZR is designed as one kind of shunt voltage references which is a versatile, easy-to-use reference suitable for a wide array of applications. It requires no external capacitors for operation and are stable with all capacitive loads.
LM4041C12QDBZR has seven features. (1)1.225V fixed and adjustable outputs (1.225V to 10V). (2)Tight output tolerances and low temperature coefficient which would be max 0.1%, 100ppm/°C for A grade and max 0.2%, 100ppm/°C for B grade and max 0.5%, 100ppm/°C for C grade and max 1.0%, 150ppm/°C for D grade. (3)Low output noise which would be 20uVrms typ. (4)Wide operating current range 45uA typ to 12mA. (5)Stable with all capacitive loads; no output capacitor required. (6)Available in industrial temperature -40°C to 85°C and extended temperature -40°C to 125°C. (7)Applications include data-acquisition systems, power supplies and power-supply monitors, instrcmentation and test equipment, process control, precision audio, automotive electronics and energy management/metering. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LM4041C12QDBZR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its continuous cathode voltage would be max 15V. (2)Its continuous cathode current would be min -10mA and max 25mA. (3)Its package thermal impedance would be 206°C. (4)Its operating virtual junction temperature would be 150°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
