LM336B

The LM336B is one member of the LM336 family which is designed as the 2.5V voltage references that reference monolithic ICs operate like 2.5V zener diodeswith a low temperature coefficient and a dynamic impedance of 0.2. A third pin enables adjusting the reference voltage and the temperature coefficient.
