LM3354MMX-1.8

The LM3354MMX-1.8 is one member of the LM3354 family which is designed as the regulated 90mA buck-boost switched capacitor DC/DC converter, that accepts an input voltage between 2.5 V and 5.5 V, and is available with standard output voltages of 1.8V, 3.3V, 4.1V (ideal for white LED applications), 5.0V. It can be used in (1)White LED display backlights; (2)1-cell Lilon battery-operated equipment including PDAs, hand-held PCs, cellular phones; (3)Flat panel displays; (4)Hand-held instruments; (5)Li-Ion, NiCd, NiMH, or alkaline battery powered systems applications.
