DescriptionThe LM317T is one member of the LM317 family,this family of adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulators is capable of supplying in excess of 1.5A over a 1.2V to 37V output range.Supplies with electronic shutdown can be achieved by clamping the adjustment terminal to ground which programs the output to 1.2V where most loads draw little current.
Features of the LM317T are:(1)guaranteed 1.5A output current;(2)adjustable output down to 1.2V;(3)current limit constant with temperature;(4)P+ product enhancement tested;(5)80 dB ripple rejection;(6)output is short-circuit protected;(7)low input offset voltage 2 mV and offset current:5 nA.
