DescriptionThe LM2901M is one member of the LM2901 family which is designed as the lowpower quad voltage comparator that consists of four independent precision voltage comparator. Each of the comparator is designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. Also these comparators also have a unique characteristic in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground even though operated from a single power supply voltage.
Features of the LM2901M are:(1)wide singlesupply voltagerangeor dual suppliesfor all devices : +2V to +36V or ±1V to ±18V; (2)very low supply current (1.1mA) independent of supply voltage (1.4mW/comparator at +5V); (3)lowinput bias current : 25nA typ; (4)lowinput offset current : ±5nA TYP; (5)input common-mode voltage range includes ground; (6)low output saturation voltage: 250mV TYP. (IO = 4mA); (7)differential input voltage range equal to the supply voltage; (8)TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible outputs.
