LM2788MMX-1.5

The LM2788MMX-1.5 is one member of the LM2788 family which is designed as the 120mA high efficiency step-down switched capacitor voltage converter that can be used in (1)cellular phones; (2)pagers; (3)H/PC and P/PC devices; (4)portable electronic equipment; (5)handheld instrumentation. This device also features noise-reducing soft-start circuitry, short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection.
