LM2731XMFX

The LM2731XMFX is one member of the LM2731 family which is designed as the 0.6/1.6 MHz boost converter that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)white LED current source; (2)PDA's and palm-top computers; (3)digital cameras; (4)portable phones and games; (5)local boost regulator. Also this device has a logic-level shutdown pin that can be used to reduce quiescent current and extend battery life.
