The LM129BH/883 is one member of the LM129 family which is designed as the precision multi-current temperature-compensated 6.9V zener references with dynamic impedances a factor of 10 to 100 less than discrete diodes. This device can be used in place of conventional zeners with improved performance and is packaged in a 2-lead TO-46 package and is rated for operation over a -55°C to +125°C temperature range.

Features of the LM129BH/883 are:(1)0.6 mA to 15 mA operating current; (2)0.6W dynamic impedance at any current; (3)available with temperature coeffici-ents of 0.001%/°C; (4)7V wideband noise; (5)5% initial tolerance; (6)0.002% long term stability; (7)low cost; (8)subsurface zener.
