Description

The LM120H-15 is one member of the LM120 family which is designed as the three-terminal positive regulator with a preset 5V output and a load driving capability of 3 amps. This device has the new circuit design and processing technique, which are used to provide the high output current without sacrificing the regulation characteristics of lower current devices. Features of the LM120H-15 are:(1)guaranteed 1% initial accuracy (A version); (2)3 amp output current; (3)internal current and thermal limiting; (4)0.01W typical output impedance; (5)7.5V minimum input voltage; (6)30W power dissipation; (7)P+ product enhancement tested.
