LC86E6032

The LC86E6032 is a CMOS8-bit single chip microcontroller with UVEPROM for the LC866000A series. This microcontroller has the same function and the pin assignment as for the LC864500 series mask ROM version, and the 32-byte EPROM. The program data is rewritable. It is suitble for developing programs.
