LC7935AN

The LC7935AN is designed as one kind of general-purpose 32 bit shift register latch driver. Features of the LC7935AN are:(1)high-speed, high-voltage silicon gate CMOS device;(2)contains high-speed shiftable (5 MHz max) 32-bit shift register, 32-bit latch, output driver on / off control circuit, 32-bit N-channel open drain output driver;(3)serial shift data is shifted on the positive transition of the clock;(4)32-bit latch data is changed on the negative transition of the latch pad and is held on the positive transition;(5)the strobe pad, BEO pad can be used to exercise on / off control of the output driver;(6)complete separation of logic circuit GND and thermal driver GND (4 pads);(7)maximum ratings of driver output: Vo = 28 V, IOL = 30 mA;(8)logic unit operating voltage: VDD = 4.5 to 5.5 V.
