LC74784 has many features. (1)Display structure 12 lines x24 characters (up to 288 characters). (2)Character structure 12 (horizontal) x18 (vertical) dots. (3)Character sizes: three size settings each in the vertical and horizontal directions. (4)Character set 256 characters. (5)Display start position 64 position setting each in the vertical and horizontal directions. (6)Blinking in individual character units. (7)Blinking types two types with periods of about 0.5 and 1.0 second. (8)External control input 8bit serial input format. (9)Built-in sync separator circuit. (10)Character blanked data output. (11)Video output compound NTSC, PAL, AL-N and PAL-M output. And so on.
