LC74782

The LC74782 and LC74782M are on-screen display CMOS LSIs that display character and pattern on a TV screen under microprocessor control. The LC74782 and LC74782M display can reach 12 lines of 24 characters, each in a 12*18 dot matrix.

The LC74782 and LC74782M have the following features:(1):display structure: 12 lines *24 character( up to 288 characters);(2)character size is three size setting each in the vertical and horizontal directions;(3)character set is 256 characters;(4)display start position is 64 position setting each in the vertical and horizontal directions:(5)blin-king in individual character units.(6)blinking types are two types with periods of about 0.5 and 1.0 second.(7)exter-nal control input is 8-bit input format.

The LC74782 and LC74782M have some absolute maximum ratings(TA is 25) and allowable perating ranges(TA is-30 to+70).bsolute maximum ratings;(1):maximum supply voltage is Vss-0.3 V to Vss+7 V when VDD1 and VDD2 pins;(2):maximum input voltage is Vss-0.3 V to Vss+ +0.3 V of all pins;(3):maximum output voltage is Vss-0.3 V to Vss+0.3 V;(4):allowable power disspation is 350 mW when Ta is 25;(5)operating temperature is-30 to 70;(6):storage temperature is-40 to 125.allowable perating ranges:(1):supply voltage is 4.5 V min,5.0 V typ and 5.5 V max of VDD1 pin;supply voltage is 4.5 V min,5.0 V typ and 1.27 VDD1 V of VDD2 pin.(2):input high level voltage is 0.8VDD1 V min and VDD1+0.3 V max of RST,CS,SIN and SCLK pins,input high level voltage is 0.7VDD1 V min and VDD1+0.3 V max of CTRL1,CTRL2,CTRL3 and SEP in pins;(3):pull-up resistance is 25 K min, 50 K typ and 90 K max.
