LC7462M

The LC7462M is a type of infrared remote control transmitter IC.

The LC7462M has some features listed below:(1)two selections of customs code(8 bit);(2)since the custom code is set internally, no external is required;(3)sonce double-press operation provides no priority, the nomber of external parts can be reduced.

LC7462M also has some absolute maximum ratings(Ta is 25)and allowable operating conditions(Ta is 25).absolute ma-ximum ratings:(1):maximum supply voltage is VSS-0.3 V to +5.5 V of VDD;(2):input voltage is VSS-0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V at each input pin;(3):output voltage is VSS-0.3V to VDD+0.3 V at each output pin;(4):output current is -35mA;(5): allowable power dissipation is 150mW;(6):operating temperature is -40 to +85;(7):storage temperature is -50 to +125.allowable operating conditions:(1):supply voltage is 1.8 V min, 3.0 V typ and 3.6 V max;(2)input high-level voltage is 0.7 VDD V min and VDD V max(ki0 to KI3, SEL);(3)input low-level voltage is VSS V min and 0.3 VDD max(ki0 to KI3, SEL);(4):oscillation frequency is 400 kHz min, 455 kHz typ and 500 kHz max.
