LC72137

The LC72137 and LC72137M are PLL frequency synthesizers for use in radio/cassette players. They accept high-performance AM/FM tuners to be implemented quickly.

The LC72137 and LC72137M have some unique features:(1)high-speed programmable frequency divider;(2)Select-able from one of eight frequencies (crystal oscillator:75 kHz);(3)Phase comparator:Supports dead zone control;Built-in unlock detection circuit;Built-in deadlock clear circuit;(4)Built-in MOS transistor for forming an active low-pass;(5)I/O ports:Dedicated output ports is 4;I/O ports is 2 and Supports clock time base output.(6)Serial Data I/O:Supports CCB format communication with the system controller;(7)Operating ranges:Supply voltage is from 2.5 V to 3.6 V and Operating temperature is20 to +70;(8)Packages are DIP22S or MFP20.
