LC7132

The LC7132 is a type of pll frequency synthsizer LSI for 27MHZ CB transceivers.

The LC7132 has some distinctive features:(1) built-in high speed programmable divider for direct pll system;(2)do-ubled-frequency of VCO applicable as transmitting frequency carrier;(3)pll out-of-lock output avaliable to inhibit tra-nsmited;(4)instantaneous call capablity of channel 9;(5)built-in detecting circuit of mis-program;(6)built-in amplifier dor crystal oscillaton;(7)built-in amplifier for active low-pass filter;(8)7-segment code channel selection(allowable voltage 1sV)
 
It also has some absolute maximum ratings(Ta is 25) and allowable operating conditions(Ta is 25).absolute ma-ximum ratings:(1): maximum supply voltage is -0.3 V to +9.0 V;(2):maximun input voltage is -0.3 V to 0.9 V(D1 to DB, cH9);(3)maximum output voltage is -0.3 V to 10 V;(4)maximum output current is 0 mA to 15 mA;(4)allowable power dissipation is 300mW;(6):operating temperature is -30 to +70;(7):storage temperature is -40 to +125.all-owable operating conditions:(1):supply voltage is 5.0 V min and 8.0 V max;(2)input high-level voltage is 0.8 VDD V min and 1.5 V max(Di0 to D8, CH9);(3)input low-level voltage is 0 V min and 0.4 VDD max(Dl to D8, CH9);(4):input amplitude is 1.0 Vp-p min and 0.9 VDD Vp-p max.
