LC66404A

The LC66404A is a kind of 42-pin package type CMOS 4-bit single-chip microcomputer. It contains a ROM, a RAM, I/O ports, a dual 8-bit serial interface, A/D converter input, a 12-bit timer, a 8-bit timer, and provides 8 interrupt sources with 8 vector addresses.
