The LB1657M has the following features:(1)power save function;(2)1.2direction inputs are used to make driver ou -tput selection;(3)low saturation voltage;(4)low current dissipation;(5)direction controllable from MPU due to low in-put current;(6)input level:TTL,LSTTL,5VCMOS compatible;(7) on-chip thermal shutdown(TSD) circuit.
