LB1644

The LB1644 is designed as the forward / reverse motor driver IC. The direction and brake functions are controlled from a single input, and the output voltages can be set by resistors. Further, the output voltage has 3 modes, full, high-level and low-level voltage modes. The output voltage can be controlled from a single input and a microcontroller interface.

Features of the LB1644 are:(1)with power transistors for motor drive contained, capable of withstanding dash current of 1A max;(2)performs braking function at the motor stop mode;(3)contains elements to absorb motor dash current;(4)input interfaceable to MOS LSI;(5)built-in surge-current absorption;(6)built-in reference voltage circuit;(7)built-in thermal protection circuit.
