LB1642B

The LB1642B is a bidirectional motor driver IC. It is especially suited for use in motor drive applications where the arm control function of a player or the auto reverse function of a cassette deck is performed.

Features of the LB1642B are:(1)on-chip braking function; (2)on-chip diodes to adsorb dash current; (3)wide operating voltage range( 4 V to 6 V); (4)direct drivable with TTL.

The absolute maximum ratings of the LB1642B can be summarized as:(1): maximum supply voltage(Vccmax) is 18 V; (2): input voltage(Vin) is -0.3 V to Vin; (3): allowable power dissipation(Pdmax) is 1.3W; (4): operating temperature(Topr) is -25 to +75; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to +125.
