LB1634

The LB1634 is designed as the low saturation forward / reverse motor driver IC. The output saturation voltage is a low 1.4 V for a 1 A output current, making it ideal for use in portable electronic equipment where maximum battery efficiency is required. Also this device features a very low standby-current consumption of 10 uA or lower.

Features of the LB1634 are:(1)capable of being operated from a low voltage (2.5 V min);(2)low saturation voltage (upper Tr + lower Tr residual voltage 1.2 V max at 400 mA;(3)logic power supply and motor power supply are separate;(4)on-chip braking function;(5)on-chip spark killer diodes;(6)possible to increase the internal allowable power dissipation because the package is small-sized (MFP-16FS) and heat can be radiated easily to the outside.
