LB1275 also has the following absolute maximum ratings and allowable operating ranges. absolute maximum ratings:(1):Maximum supply voltage is0.3 V to+22 V;(2): input supply voltage is -40 V to 20 V;(3):pin 8 supply voltage is0.3 V to+20 V;(4):output flow-in current is 0 mA to 100 mA per unit;(5)instrantaneous output flow-in current is 0 mA to 150 mA per unit, and duty is 10%, pulse is greater than 20ms;(6)forward current of spark killer diode is 150 mA to 0 mA per diode when duty is 10% and pulse width is less than 20ms;(7):flow-out current at GND pin is -900 mA to 0 mA;(8)instaneous flow-out current at pin 8 is -500 mA to 0mA when duty is 10% and pulse width is less than 20 ms.allowable operating ranges:(1):output supply voltage is 22 V min;(2):input high level voltage is +9 V to 20 V when output pin current is 100mA;(3)input low level voltage is -35V to 1V when output is 100 uA;(4)load inductance is 100 mH min with protector diode.
