LB1268

The LB1268 is a type of 3-channel,high-current,low-saturation driver array.The LB1268 has the following features:(1)3-channel magnet driver;(2)high current(2.0A max.)and low saturation voltage(1.5V);(3)parallel operation capability(channel 1+2);(4)on-chip spark killer diodes.

LB1268 also has some outstanding absolute maximun ratings(Ta=25°C) and electrical characteristics(Ta=25°C).Absolute maximun ratings:(1): maximum supply voltage is 8.0 V;(2)output supply voltage is 10.0 V;93)input supply voltage is 12.0 V;(4) output current is 1.0 A when ton is 10 ms or less than 50 ms, and duty is 20%,solenoid drive stage;(5): spark killer diode forward current is 1.0 A when t is 5ms or less than 5ms, and duty is 5%,solenoid drive stage;(6)VCC instaneous is 3.0mA when t is 5ms or less than 5ms and duty is 5%;(7)GND pin flow-out current is 3.0 A when t is 5ms or less than 5ms and duty is 20%;(8)allowable power dissipation is 785 mW.Electrical characteristics:(1): out-put voltage is 0.65 V max when VIN is 4.5V, VCC is 5.0 V and Iout is 500mA(ch1,2);output voltage is 1.4 V max when VIN is 6.0 V, VCC is 7.0 V and Iout is 1000mA(ch1,2);output voltage is 1.4 V max when VIN is 6.0V, VCC is 7.0 V and Iout is 1600mA(ch1,2 parallel);(2)input current is 1.0 mA max when VIN is 6.0 V(ch1,2);input current is 2.0 mA max when VIN is 6.0 V(ch3);(3)power source+output is 30 uA max when VIN is 0.5 V, Vout and Vcc is 6.0 V;(4)output sustain voltage is 10 V min when Iout is 400 mA.
