LB1258

The LB1258 is a 7-unit driver array with large current,low saturation output.It is suited for low voltage large current drivers.

The  LB1258 has the following features:(1)large current capacity(500mA)and a low saturation voltage(0.65 V max);(2)espacially suited for battery-powered printer drives of varous types and general-purpose 7-unit large current and low saturation voltage drivers.

LB1258 also has some absolute maximum ratings (Ta is 25) and electrical characteristics(Ta is 25).absolute maximum ratings:(1)maximum power supply voltage is -0.3 v to 7 V;(2)input supply voltage is -0.3V to 10.0V;(3): output supply voltage is -0.3V to 10V;(4)maximum output current is 500 mA per unit and pulse width is 35ms or less than 35ms;(5):GND pin flow-out current is 3000mA when pulse width is 35ms or less than 35ms;(6): allowable power dissipation is 960mW;(7):operating temperature is -20 to +75;(8):storage temperature is  -40 to +125. electrical characteristics:(1):output voltage is 0.25 V max when VIN is 3.0V and VCC is 3.5V, IOUT is 200mA;(2):output sustaining voltage is 10 V min when VIN is open, VOUT is is 400 mA and t is 10us or less than 10us;(3):leakage current:input current us 2.5 mA when VIN is 0.5V and Iout is 0;(4): supp ly+output is 30uA when VIN is 0.5 V ,VOUT and VCC are 6.0 V.
