LB1256M

The LB1256M is a 7-units driver array,prossessing high-current,low-saturating outputs.It has a motor drive circuuit equipped with a brake circuit. It is suitable for low voltage,high-current driver use.

The LB1256M has the following features:(1)has large current capacity(400mA)and a low saturation voltage(0.5 V max);(2)has a motor with a spark killer;(3)suited for various battery-operated printer drivers.

LB1256M also has some absolute maximum ratings (Ta is 25) and electrical characteristics.absolute maximum ratings:(1)maximum power supply voltage is -0.3 v to 7 V;(2)maximum supply voltage is -0.3V to 10 V;(3)input sup ply voltage is -0.3V to 7.0V;(4)maximum output current is 560mA per unit;(5)spark killer diode is 700 mA when pulse is 35ms or less than 35ms,and the duty is 5%;(6):GND pin flow-out current is 3.4 A ;(7)instantaneous current consumption is 700 mA when pulse width is 35 ms or less than 35mS and 5% duty;(8):allowable power dissipation is 370 mW . electrical characteristics:(1):output voltage is 0.3 V max when VIN and VCC are 2.0 V, IOUT is 150mA;(2):output sustaining voltage is 10 V min when VOUT is is 400 mAs;(3):output leakage current is 100 uA when VIN is 0.7V,VOUT and VCC are 6V;(4):input current is 2.5 mA when Vin is 6.0V ;(5):sparks killer diode is 100 oA when Ifs is 400mA.
