The L6232E is a triple half bridge driver intended or use in brushless DC motor applications. L6232E can be used to form the power stage of a hree-phase, brushless DC motor control loop, nd is especially useful for disk drive applications. ower drivers are Integrated DMOS transistors nd feature fast recirculating diodes as an integral art of their structure. The logic inputs are TTLlevel ompatible, with internal pull-up, allowing interfacing o open collector outputs. All necessary ircuitry to perform PWM and linear motor speed ontrol is included. A central charge pump is utilized o drive the upper DMOS transistors, and lso to power the braking function. The L6232E is ackaged in PLCC28.
