L-57 SERIES

      The description of the indicator lamp L-57 SERIES is as follows. The High Efficiency Red source color devices are made with Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide Oringe Light Emitting Diode. The Green source color devices are made with Gallium Phosphide Green Light Emitting Diode. The Yellow source color devices are made with Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide Yellow Light Emitting Diode. The Super Bright Red source color devices are made with Gallium Aluminum Arsenide Red Light Emitting Diode.
      L-57 SERIES features are low power consumption and high efficienty red, green, yellow and super bright red are available. It is I.C. compatible and long life-solid state reliability.
      Here isL-57 SERIES Absolute Maximun Rating at Ta=25,the Power dissipation in the High Efficiency Red and the Green and the Yellow is 105 mW, in the Super Bright Red is 100 mW; the DC Forward Current in the High Efficiency Red and the Super Bright Red and the Yellow is 30 mA, in the Green is 25 mA; the Peak Current in the High Efficiency Red is 160 mW, in the Green and the Yellow is 140 mA, in the Super Bright Red is 155 mA; in the Reverse Voltage in the High Efficiency Red, the Green ,the Yellow and the Super Bright Red is all 5 V; the Operating/Storage Temperature is -40 to +85; the Lead Solder Temperature is 260 for 5 seconds.
