The KS57C3016-91 is designed as a single chip CMOS microcontroller for very high performance using samsung's newest 4-bit development approach, SAM4(samsung arrangeable microcontrollers). With an up-to-16-digit LCD direct drive capability, 4-channel A/D converter, 8-bit timer/counter, PLL frequency synthesizer and 6-channel PWM outputs, it offers you an excellent design solution for a wide variety of applications, especially those requiring DTS support.
KS57C3016-91 has many features. (1)For the memory 1024x4-bit RAM and 16-384x8-bit ROM. (2)For its 55 IO pins the input only 4 pins. (3)Output only: 12pins for bit output or LCD seg output. (4)I/O 23 pins (16 I/O pins are N-channel, open drain). (5)For LCD controller/driver, maximum 16-digit LCD direct drive capability. (6)Display modes: static, 1.2duty (1/2 bias).
