KS0104

The KS0104 is a kind of LCD driver LSI which is fabricated by low power CMOS high voltage process technology. The device includes 80 bit bidirectional shift register, 80 bit data latch and 80 bit driver.

There are some features of KS0104 as follows: (1)power supply voltage: +5 V±10%; (2)supply voltage for display: -8 to -28 V (VEE-VDD); (3)parallel data processing (4 bit); (4)applicable LCD duty: 1/64 to 1/256; (5)high voltage CMOS process; (6)100 QFP and bare chip available.
