KMO5

The KMO5 is designed as high voltage rectifier assemblies.

The KMO5 has four features. The first one is that it would have quick disconnect Tab or turret type terminals. The next one is that it would have universal mounting. The next one is about its PRV which would be from 5000 to 15000 volts. The next one is that its average current would be to 1 amp. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics (at Ta=25°C unless otherwise specified) have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its peak reverse voltage which would be 5000V. The next one is about its max forward voltage If=500mA which would be 8V. The next one is about its average rectified current which would be 1.00A. The next one is about its max peak one cycle surge (8.3ms) which would be 50A. The next one is about its max DC reverse current which would be 1A. The next one is about its max DC reverse current at PRV and 100°C which would be 100A. The next one is about its operating teperature range which would be from -55 to 150°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55 to +150°C. And so on. That are all the main specifications.

The KMO5 should be noted that a thin film of silicone thermal compound is recommended between the bottom of the assembly and the mounting surface for improved thermal conduction. And it would also be available in fast recovery version KMOR and KVOR. EDI reserves the right to change these specifications at any time without notice. And so on.
