Description

The Samsung KMM372F3200C1 is a 32Mx72bits Dynamic RAm high density memcry module. The Samsung  MM372F320(8)00Cj ,comsists of thirty-six CMOS 10Mx 4bits DRAMx in TSOP 400mil packages and two 16 bits driver IC in TSSOP pacdage mounted on a 168-pin glass-eposy substrate. A 0.1or 0.22uF decoupling capacitor is mounted om the printed circuit board for each DRAM.The DMM372f3200C1 is a Dual ln-line Memcry Module and is intended for mounting into 168 pin edge connector socdets.
