KKX232-3.3

The KKX232-3.3 is designed as one kind of interface transceiver of RS-232 standard with one supply voltage.It is purposed for application in high-perfor-mance information processing systems and control devices of wide application and the input voltage levels are compatible with standard MOS levels.

Features of the KKX232-3.3 are:(1)output voltage levels are compatible with input levels of K-MOS, N-MOS and TTL integrated circuits:;(2)supply voltage:3.3 V;(3)low input current:1.0 uA; 0.1 uA at T=25;(4)output current 24 mA;(5)latching current not less than 450 mA at T=25;(10)tolerable value of static potential not less than 2000 V.
