The KK4093B consists of four Schmitt-trigger circuits. Each circuit functions as a two-input NAND gate with chmitttrigger action on both inputs. The gate switches at different points for positive- and negative and the going signals. The rence between the positive voltage (V T+ ) is defined as hysteresis voltage (V T- ) negative voltage (VH )(see Fig.1).
