KIA6269P

The KIA6269P is a kind of dual audio power amplifier. It is designed for the portable radio cassette tape recorder. There are some features of KIA6269P as follows: (1)high output power: POUT=1.0 W (typ) (VCC=6 V, RL=4, f=1 kHz, THD=10%); (2)built-in thermal shut down protection circuit; (3)small pop noise at power supply ON; (4)soft clip; (5)wide operating supply voltage range: VCC=4.5 to 9.0 V.
