The KBPC3510 is designed as the fast recovery bridge rectifier with some features such as:(1)diffused junction;(2)low reverse leakage current;(3)fast switching,high efficiency;(4)electrically isolated epoxy case for maximum heat dissipation;(5)case to terminal isolation voltage 2500V.And the mechanical data of it can be summarized as:(1)case:epoxy case with heat sink internally mounted in the bridge encapsulation;(2)terminals:plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202,method 208;(3)polarity:symbols marked on case;(4)mounting:through hole for #10 screw;(5)marking:type number.

The absolute maximum ratings of the KBPC3510 are:(1)average rectifier output current @TC=55°C:10 A;(2)non-repetitive peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load(JEDEC method):200 A;(3)forward voltage drop(per element):1.3 V;(4)peark reverse current at rated DC blocking voltage(@TC=25°C):10 A;(5)peark reverse current at rated DC blocking voltage(@TC=125°C):500 A;(6)RMS isolation voltage from case to lead:2500 V;(7)operating and storage temperature Range:-65 to +125 °C.
