KA78RH33RTF (ROHS)

The KA78RH33RTF (ROHS) is designed as a 3.3V fixed low dropout voltage regulator specifically designed for use in low voltage operation. The maximum load current is 0.8A and the dropout voltage is guaranteed to be 1V typ. The dropout voltage varies with load current. The regulator consists of composite PNP-NPN pass transistors.

KA78RH33RTF (ROHS) has eight features. (1)Fixed output voltage of 3.3V. (2)Space saving SMD types of DPAK. (3)1V typ dropout at Io=800mA. (4)Output current of 800mA. (5)Thermal shutdown protection. (6)Over current protection. (7)Output trimmed to +/-1% tolerance. (8)No minimum load requirement. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of KA78RH33RTF (ROHS)  have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply input voltage would be 15V. (2)Its output load current would be 800mA. (3)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (4)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -25°C to 125°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 250°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
