Description

The KA431/KA431A/KA431L are three-terminal adjustableregulator series with a guaranteed thermal stability overapplicable temperature ranges. The output voltage may beset to any value between VREF (approximately 2.5 volts)and 36 volts with two external resistors. These devices have atypical dynamic output impedance of 0.2W. Active outputcircuitry provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, makingthese devices excel lent replacement for zener diodes inmany applications.
