The SPS product family KA1H0680B is specially designed for an off-line MPS with minimal external components. The SPS KA1H0680B consist of igh voltage power SenseFET and current mode PWM Controller C. PWM controller KA1H0680B features integrated fixed oscillator, nder voltage lock out, leading edge blanking, optimized gate urn-on/turn-off driver, thermal shut down protection, over voltage rotection, temperature compensated precision current ources for loop compensation and fault protection circuit.
