JQ1A-6V

      The JQ1a-6V is designed as high electrical & mechanical noise immunity relay.
      The JQ1a-6V  has six features. The first one is that it would have high electrical noise immunity. The second one is that it would have high switching capacity in a compact package. The third one is it would have high sensitivity: 200 mW (1a), 400 mW (1c). The next one is that it would have high surge voltage: 8,000 V between contacts and coil. The next one is that it would be UL, CSA, VDE, TV, SEMKO approved. The next one is that it would be class B coil insulation type available. That are all the main features. And its typical applications has four points. That's air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens and heaters
      Some characteristics of JQ1a-6V  have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its max operating speed which would be 20 cpm. The next one is about its initial insulation resistance which would be min. 1,000 M at 500 Vdc. The next one is about its initial breakdown voltage which would be 1a: 1,000 Vrms for 1 min and 1c: 750 Vrms for 1 min between open contacts and 4,000 Vrms for 1 min between contacts and coil. The next one is about its surge voltage between contact and coil which would be 8000 V. The next one is about its operate time (at nominal voltage) which would be approx. 5 ms. The next one is about its release time (at nominal voltage) (without diode) which would be approx. 2 ms. The next one is about its temperature rise which would be max. 45°C. The next one is about its shock resistance which would be Min. 294 m/s2 (30 G) for functional and would be min. 980 m/s2 (100 G) for destructive. The next one is about its vibration resistance which would be 98 m/s2 (10 G), 10 to 55 Hz at double amplitude of 1.6 mm for functional and would be 117.6 m/s2 (12 G), 10 to 55 Hz at double amplitude of 2.0 mm for destructive.
