ISL97646IRZ

The ISL97646IRZ is one member of the ISL97646 family which designed as the integrated DC/DC regulator that integrates a boost converter for generating AVDD, a VON slice circuit, an integrated logic LDO and a high performance VCOM amplifier. So it can be used in LCD monitors (15"+) and notebook display (up to 16").
