ISL89163

The ISL89163 is a high-speed, 6A, dual channel MOSFET driver with enable inputs. The features of ISL89163 are as follows: (1)Dual output, 6A peak current (sink and source); (2)Dual AND-ed input logic, (INput and ENable); (3)Typical ON-resistance <1; (4)Specified Miller plateau drive currents.

The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of ISL89163: (1)Supply Voltage, VDD Relative to GND: -0.3V to 18V; (2)Logic Inputs (INA, INB, ENA, ENB): GND - 0.3v to VDD + 0.3V; (3)Outputs (OUTA, OUTB): GND - 0.3v to VDD + 0.3V; (4)Average Output Current: 150mA.
